Two students (grades 4-8) will join Ms. Lynn and Mr. Julian for two out-of-this-world experiences!
The lucky winners will participate in a video chat during the school day with a rocket scientist from the SpaceX headquarters in California, and ask all their burning questions about space travel and a future mission to Mars. Then, on Saturday, June 11th, Ms. Lynn and Mr. Julian will take those students to The Plains, VA, where they’ll enjoy a picnic lunch and launch their own model rocket (provided by Ms. Lynn and Mr. Julian) into the atmosphere with the Northern Virginia Association of Rocketry!
